ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A lining for a purse or bag is disclosed in which the lining is formed from a one-piece blank and comprises two over- lying inner panels foldably interconnected about a first fold line, and two outer panels each overlying a respective one of the inner panels with each outer panel foldably joined to the respective one of the inner panels about a reverse second fold line opposite the first fold line. The lining further comprises a first gusset panel foldably joined to each end edge of each inner panel about a reverse third fold line, a second gusset panel foldably joined to an edge of each first gusset panel about a fourth fold line, and a securement panel foldably joined to an edge of each second gusset panel about a reverse fifth fold line. Each first gusset panel and the associated second gusset panel are disposed in overlying relationship between the associated inner and outer panels, with the associated securement panel overlying the outer face of said outer panel and being secured thereto.
