The present invention relates to a link assembly for a robot arm which arm comprises first (12) and second link (13) members each adapted for limited movement one with respect to the other and resilient elastomer means (16) disposed between said first (12) and second (13) members and bonded or keyed thereto whereby movement between the first (12) and second (13) member results in shear movement within the elastomer means disposed therebetween.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble de liens destiné à un bras robotique doté de premier (12) et second (13) éléments de lien conçus respectivement pour réaliser un mouvement limité entre eux, et d'un dispositif élastomère résiliant (16) placé entre lesdits premier (12) et second (13) et lié ou fixé par clavette. Le mouvement entre les premier (12) et second (13) éléments débouche sur un mouvement à cisaillement à l'intérieur du dispositif élastomère.
