The invention relates to a linking element (13) for fasten- ing metal bodies on and in concrete building elements, respectively, said linking element comprising an anchor head (16) adapted to be anchored on and in the concrete building elements, respectively, as well as a base (15) adapted to be welded to the metal body. In order to ensure reliable spot welding between the linking element and the metal body with great tensile strength, the surface (19) of the base (15), facing said metal body, is provided with a plurality of projections (20) distributed over the surface of the base and projecting therefrom.
