The present invention relates generally to a novel lipase catalyzed transesterification for preparation of substituted isoxazolin-5-yl acetic acid in high optical purity from a stereoisomeric mixture of an esterified substituted isoxazolin-5-yl acetate. The products are useful in the synthesis of compounds for pharmaceuticals, especially the treatment of thrombolytic disorders, and agricultural products.
Cette invention a trait, d'une manière générale, à une technique de transestérification catalysée par la lipase aux fins de la préparation d'acide acétique d'isoxazolin-5-yl substitué, d'une grande pureté optique, à partir d'un mélange stéréo-isomère d'un acétate d'isoxazolin-5-yl estérifié substitué. Ces produits se révèlent utiles dans la synthèse de composés pour produits agricoles ainsi que pour produits pharmaceutiques, utilisés, notamment, dans le cadre du traitement de troubles thrombolytiques.
