Abstract of the Disclosure Lipid membrane structures for oral administration contain phosphatidylserine, a mannan derivative or a mannose derivative as ingredient of the membrane. In particular, the lipid mambrane structures contain a drag therein, the drug being surrounded with the membrane. It is in the form of liposomes, emulsions or micelles and capable of efficiently delivering a drug contained therein to Peyer's patches in the small intestines. Therefore, the lipid membrane structures of the present invention are excellent as oral dosage lipid membrane structures.
