A lipid membrane structure containing an anti-membrane type matrix metalloprotease monoclonal antibody such as anti-MT1-MMP monoclonal antibody as, for example, a constituent of the lipid membrane structure. It is usable as a drug delivery system aiming at efficiently delivering a drug component and/or a gene to a tumor cell or a new blood vessel in which a membrane type matrix metalloprotease (MT-MMP) is expressed.
