Disclosed is a lipophilic personal care composition comprising by weight: (a) from about 5% to about 50% of a polyglycerin fatty acid ester having a polyglycerin of 2-15 units and at least 5 fatty acid residues attached thereto, wherein the fatty acid residue has 18 to 24 carbons, and (b) from about 5% to about 50% of a low viscosity vegetable oil having a viscosity of no more than about 300mPas.
