A liquid additive injection pump for injecting a predetermined amount of a secondary fluid into a primary fluid stream wherein a fluid mixing chamber is disposed within the pump housing assembly. A gasket having at least one one- way valve is positioned between the pump assembly components and mixing chamber thereby allowing a primary fluid to pass through the pump assembly and into the mixing chamber where the introduction of a second fluid occurs. The mixed fluids are then discharged through an outlet. The one-way valve gasket assembly acts to prevent the mixed and/or secondary fluid from passing upstream of the gasket assembly and into the pump assembly.
Pompe d'injection d'additif liquide permettant d'injecter une dose prédéterminée d'un liquide secondaire dans un flux de liquide primaire, avec chambre mélangeuse intégrée à l'ensemble carter de pompe. Un joint doté d'au moins une soupape uni-directionnelle est disposé entre les composants de l'ensemble pompe et la chambre mélangeuse, ce qui permet au liquide primaire de traverser l'ensemble pompe et de pénétrer dans la chambre mélangeuse dans laquelle est introduit un second liquide. Le mélange de liquides est évacué par une sortie. Le joint à soupape uni-directionnelle empêche le mélange de liquides et/ou le liquide secondaire de remonter vers l'amont et de pénétrer dans l'ensemble pompe.
