ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An applicator for cosmetics such as suntan lotions comprises a cylindrical liquid container with a handle capable of attachment to one end thereof, a filler means, and a cylindrical outer core rotatably mounted on the container. The container and core each have at least one aperture through which liquid can pass from the container to a porous cylindrical sleeve surrounding the outer surface of the core. A storage container with carrying means is also provided.
