ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Liquid for prespotting textile fabric is applied to stained areas and worked by a rotating applicator surface surrounded by an annular brush. The article employed to remove the stains includes a container having a body, an applicator having a spherical surface freely rotatably mounted and partially protruding from one end of the body, and a compartment within the body containing the liquid. The compartment is in constant communication with the spherical surface whereby the liquid may be continuously supplied to the spherical surface.
