The present invention provides a liquid atomizing nozzle capable of atomizing liquid materials of highly viscous or containing bulky solid materials charged not only at a small feed rate but also at several thousands liter/hr rate, by which the liquid is atomized and sprayed uniformly with a predetermined spray angles. A liquid atomizing nozzle of the invention comprises a liquid supplying pipe; a cylindrical chamber for whirling of air being connected at one end with the liquid supplying pipe, having an inside diameter larger than inside diameter of the liquid supplying pipe, and being provided with one or more through holes for passing through pressurized air in the direction tangential to circular internal surface of the cylindrical chamber; an orifice disposed at the top of the cylindrical chamber and having a circular opening of smaller than inside diameter of the cylindrical chamber; and an external cylinder covering over the cylindrical chamber and at least a part of the liquid supplying pipe and being provided with a pressurized air supplying pipe.
La présente invention porte sur une tuyère de pulvérisation capable de pulvériser des liquides de grande viscosité ou contenant des solides, à des débits importants de l'ordre de plusieurs milliers de litres à l'heure, ceci en assurant une pulvérisation uniforme et selon des angles de pulvérisation prédéterminés. La tuyère de pulvérisation proposée dans les présentes comporte une canalisation d'amenée du liquide, une chambre cylindrique raccordée à l'extrémité de la canalisation d'amenée d'eau pour imprimer un mouvement tourbillonnant à l'air introduit sous pression, celle-ci possédant un diamètre intérieur supérieur à celui de la canalisation d'amenée d'eau, et dotée d'au moins un trou traversant pour l'admission de l'air sous pression dans une direction tangentielle à la surface circulaire interne de la chambre cylindrique. Un orifice d'un diamètre inférieur au diamètre intérieur de la chambre cylindrique est pratiqué au sommet de la chambre cylindrique et un cylindre externe raccordé à la canalisation d'air sous pression recouvre la chambre cylindrique et au moins une partie de la canalisation d'amenée d'eau.
