The invention relates to liquid cleansing compositions in lamellar phase which possess a lotion-like appearance conveying signals of enhanced moisturization. However, these liquids often undergo an irreversible decrease in viscosity under freeze/thaw conditions, losing their moisturization signals. The use of low salt levels in amphoteric and anionic surfactants in a structured liquid product has been found to improve its freeze/thaw stability.

L'invention concerne des compositions liquides démaquillantes en phase lamellaire, qui présentent un aspect de type lotion véhiculant des signaux d'humidification améliorés. Toutefois, ces liquides subissent une diminution irréversible de viscosité dans des conditions de congélation/décongélation, et perdent de leurs signaux d'humidification. L'utilisation de faibles teneurs en sel dans des tensioactifs amphotériques et anioniques dans un produit liquide structuré améliore la stabilité à la congélation/décongélation.
