A mouth for flowing a high viscosity liquid from a container therefor has a main body fixed to the container and has a restricted interior path through which the high viscosity liquid can pass. A cap is detachably provided for opening and closing the mouth. The restricted flow path is formed by a plurality of elastic members which project radially inwardly from the inner wall of the mouth.
