This invention is a liquid cooled rotary valve cover having a main body with intake ports corresponding to the fuel/air mixture intake ports in the crankcase of the engine and a cover attached to the main body. In the main body and cover are a series of channels for the circulation of coolant through the body during use of the engine. At either end of the body are access ports connecting to the engine's cooling system.
