A gas mask liquid delivery system including a gas mask having a liquid inlet port. A liquid control adapter having a body with a first end with an outlet opening formed therein, a second end with an inlet opening f ormed therein, and an interior chamber formed within the body. An inlet chamber extends from the inlet opening to the interior chamber and an outlet chamber extends from the outlet opening to the interior chamber. The inlet and outlet openings, inlet, interior, and outlet chambers, define a flow path when placed in open communication with each other to permit liquid to flow through the flow path. A stopper controls the flow of the liquid through the flow path. The outlet opening connects the adapter to the liquid inlet port. A flow tube connects a liquid source to a connector, wherein the inlet opening of the adapter is connected to the connector.
L'invention concerne un système de distribution de liquide de masque à gaz comprenant un masque à gaz pourvu d'un orifice d'entrée de liquide. Un adaptateur de régulation de liquide présente un corps pourvu d'une première extrémité à ouverture de sortie, d'une seconde extrémité à ouverture d'entrée, et d'une chambre interne formée au sein dudit corps. Une chambre d'entrée s'étend de l'ouverture d'entrée jusqu'à la chambre interne et une chambre de sortie s'étend de l'ouverture de sortie jusqu'à la chambre interne. Les ouvertures d'entrée et de sortie, les chambres d'entrée, de sortie et interne forment une voie d'écoulement, lorsqu'elles sont disposées en communication entre elles de manière à permettre au liquide de s'écouler à travers la voie d'écoulement. Un dispositif d'arrêt permet de réguler l'écoulement de liquide à travers la voie d'écoulement. L'ouverture de sortie relie l'adaptateur à l'orifice d'entrée de liquide. Un tube d'écoulement relie une source de liquide à un raccord, l'ouverture d'entrée de l'adaptateur étant reliée au raccord.
