LIQUID DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS ABSTRACT Stable liquid dishwashing detergent compositions are provided incorporating an alkyl benzene sulphonate and/or alkyl sulphate, an alkyl ethoxy sulphate, an ethoxylated C6-C13 alcohol containing an average of from 3 to 12 moles of ethylene oxide and wherein the ethoxylated alcohol contains no more than 1% by weight of unethoxylated alcohol and a zwitterionic surfactant containing a C10-C16 alkyl group.
