LIQUID DEVELOPMENT Abstract of the Disclosure A process for the liquid development of charge patterns in more than one colour is disclosed. A charge pattern having areas of higherandlower charge is formed on an imaging surface. The areas of higher charge on the surface are developed by a first liquid developer. The areas of lower charge are developed by a second liquid developer. The latter has a different colour and a viscosity not more than about 20% of that of the first liquid developer.
