ABSTRACT A fluid dosing dispenser for an appliance having a user fillable removable reservoir with a magnetic armature operated dosing device attached to the reservoir. Upon insertion of the reservoir into a conformed cavity in the appliance, the dosing device gravity outlet is surrounded by a watertight plastic wall. An electromagnet is disposed exteriorly of the plastic wall with overhanging pole plate extending on opposite sides of the outlet for magnetically attracting a movable armature-valve member within the dosing device.
