LIQUID DISPENSING DEVICE INCLUDING A CONTAINER, SAFETY CLOSURE AND SYRINGE TYPE DISPENSER Abstract of the Disclosure Described is a liquid dispensing device including a container, safety closure and syringe type dispenser. The syringe dispenser is utilized to draw product from the container and disperse it, the stem of the plunger including indicia to permit accurate measurement of the liquid being dispensed. The dispenser makes it possible to make accurate measurement of an opague liquid that would coat the surface of the barrel of the dispenser obscurring the liquid level.
