ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A liquid-dispensing pouch is provided that has nonwoven wall which permits repeated releases of the liquid from within the pouch when the wall is wetted on its outer surface with a solvent for the liquid, but prevents seepage of the liquid from within the pouch when the outer surface of the wall is dry.
