A dispensing means with a viewability of the container from which a liquid such as wine, olive oil or fresh juice is being dispensed and maintaining the liquid free from deterioration or contamination by use of inert gas relative to the liquid. A base unit (4) including an internal reservoir (8) to hold liquids has a top opening (22) that feeds to the reservoir (8) and able to receive the neck (12c) and outlet (12b) of an inverted replaceable bottle (12). A sealing means retains the bottle (12) in position. A dispensing outlet pipe (15) leads from the bottom of the reservoir (8) through an insulation case (7) to an external tap (15b). A gas input (14) leads through a top annular part (13a) on an inner container to the top of the reservoir (8) for supplying an inert gas such as nitrogen, nitrous oxide or argon to the liquid food product.
La présente invention concerne des moyens de distribution qui permettent de voir le contenant à partir duquel est distribué un liquide tel que du vin, de l'huile d'olive ou du jus frais, et qui permettent de protéger le liquide contre toute détérioration ou contamination grâce à un gaz inerte par rapport au liquide. Selon l'invention, une unité de base (4) comprenant un réservoir interne (8) destiné à contenir des liquides est munie d'une ouverture supérieure (22) par laquelle le réservoir (8) est alimenté et qui est capable de recevoir le goulot (12c) et l'orifice de sortie (12b) d'une bouteille remplaçable renversée (12). Des moyens de fermeture hermétique maintiennent la bouteille (12) en place. Un tuyau de sortie de distribution (15) s'étend du fond du réservoir (8), à travers une cuve isolante, (7) jusqu'à un robinet extérieur (15b). Un tuyau d'admission de gaz (14), qui s'étend à travers la partie supérieure annulaire (13a) d'un conteneur interne jusqu'à la partie supérieure du réservoir (8), fournit au produit alimentaire liquide un gaz inerte tel que de l'azote, de l'oxyde nitreux ou de l'argon.
