A liquid drainage system for a hard-top surface (1), such as at an airport, harbour area and the like, comprises a gutter (3), which is provided in the said surface (1) and is connected to a sink hole (6, 7), from which the liquid can be drained via a sewer (8). A ball valve (16) is provided in the sink hole (6, 7), which ball valve comprises a valve as well as a ball body which floats in water and sinks in a lighter liquid, such as kerosine, so that the valve interacts in a sealing manner with an associated valve seat, which ball valve is located between the gutter (3) and the sewer (8).

L'invention concerne un système d'écoulement des eaux pour une surface de revêtement en dur (1) telle qu'un aéroport, une zone portuaire et autre. Ce système comprend une gouttière (3) ménagée dans ladite surface (1) et raccordée à un puits (6, 7) à partir duquel les eaux peuvent être entraînées dans un égout (8). Un clapet-boule (16) est ménagé dans le puits (6, 7) et se compose d'un clapet et d'une boule qui flotte dans l'eau et s'enfonce dans un liquide plus clair tel que le kérosène de sorte que le clapet ait une interaction d'étanchéité avec un siège associé, ce clapet-boule étant placé entre la gouttière (3) et l'égout (8).
