A pump including at least one suction device with a cylinder and a piston for drawing a liquid into a container then delivering it into a tubing connected to a patient. The end surface and the side wall of the piston (7) are covered with a resilient membrane (16) stretched over the piston and attached at the edge to a fixed holder (18, 20) separate from the piston. The piston is driven by a device that exerts a pushing force on the piston only in the insertion direction of the piston into the cylinder.
Cette pompe est du type comprenant au moins un dispositif d'aspiration à cylindre et piston, d'un liquide dans un récipient, et de refoulement de celui- ci dans une tubulure reliée au patient. Selon l'invention, le piston (7) est recouvert sur sa face en bout et sur sa paroi latérale par une membrane élastique (16), montée en tension sur le piston, et fixée par son bord périphérique sur un support fixe (18, 20) indépendant du piston, les moyens d'entraînement du piston étant constitués par un dispositif exerçant seulement une force de poussée sur le piston dans le sens de pénétration du piston dans le cylindre.
