A liquid ejection head includes an ejection outlet for ejecting liquid; a bubble generating region for generating a bubble; a movable member disposed faced to the bubble generating region and movable between a first position and a second position which is farther form the bubble generating region than the first position; wherein the movable member moves from the first position to the second position by pressure produced by the generation of the bubble to permit expansion of the bubble more in a downstream side closer to the ejection outlet than in an upstream side; and a first common liquid chamber having a height, measured in a direction perpendicular to a plane including the movable member at rest, which is larger than that of the first liquid flow path, wherein the movable member has a fulcrum in the first common liquid chamber and a free end in the first liquid flow path.
Cette invention concerne une tête d'éjection de liquide qui comprend un orifice d'éjection, une zone de formation de bulle, un élément disposé en face de ladite zone et mobile entre une première position et une deuxième position plus éloignée de ladite zone que la première position, lequel élément mobile se déplace de sa première position vers sa deuxième position sous l'effet de la pression engendrée par la formation d'une bulle dans la zone de formation de bulle de manière à autoriser une expansion plus grande de la bulle en direction aval, soit vers l'orifice d'éjection, que vers l'amont, un premier réservoir commun de liquide ayant une hauteur, mesurée perpendiculairement au plan de l'élément mobile au repos, supérieure à celle du premier canal d'écoulement, ledit élément mobile comportant une première extrémité pivot dans le premier réservoir commun de liquide et une deuxième extrémité libre dans le premier canal d'écoulement.
