The invention provides a high water liquid enzyme prewash composition essentially free of hydrotropes, solvents, dispersants and surfactants, other than nonionic surfactants, combining: a hydrolase enzyme stabilized with an enzyme stabilizer, wherein the enzyme stabilizer is a boron compound, a reducing agent, a short chain inorganic or organic acid, or a mixture thereof; a more hydrophilic, first nonionic surfactant having an HLB of greater than about 11; a more hydrophobic, second nonionic surfactant having an HLB of less than or equal to about 11; and at least about 80-99% water; wherein the difference in HLB between the first and the second nonionic surfactants is at least 2; the nonionic surfactants interact with the water to form an opalescent, structured liquid; the first and the second nonionic surfactants being selected from the group consisting of alkoxylated alcohols and alkoxylated alkylphenols; the structured liquid both suspending the hydrolase and protecting the hydrolase against deactivation with the water. The inventive high water liquid enzyme prewash compositions may also contain a second hydrolase enzyme and a second enzyme stabilizer. Suitable adjuncts, such as mildewstats/bacteristats, fragrances and dyes can also be included.
L'invention présente une composition de prélavage, de type enzyme liquide à forte teneur en eau, pratiquement exempte d'hydrotropes, de solvants, de dispersants et de surfactifs, autres que les surfactifs non ioniques, combinant : une hydrolase accompagnée d'un stabilisateur d'enzyme, ce dernier étant un composé du bore, un agent réducteur, un acide minéral ou organique à courte chaîne, ou un mélange de ces produits; un premier surfactif non ionique, plus hydrophile, possédant un RHL supérieur à 11 environ; un second surfactif non ionique, plus hydrophobe, avec un RHL inférieur ou égal à 11 environ; au moins 80 à 99 % à peu près d'eau; la différence dans le RHL entre le premier et le second surfactifs non ioniques est d'au moins 2; les surfactifs non ioniques interagissent avec l'eau pour donner un liquide opalescent; les premier et second surfactifs non ioniques sont choisis dans le groupe constitué d'alcools alcoxylés et d'alkylphénols alcoxylés; le liquide opalescent met l'hydrolase en suspension et la protège contre la désactivation par l'eau. Ces compositions de prélavage peuvent renfermer une seconde hydrolase et un second stabilisateur d'enzyme, ainsi que des additifs appropriés, comme des mildioustatiques-bactériostatiques, des parfums et des colorants.
