A microbiological test array (12) with a generally flat base (11) having a plurality of upwardly projecting microwells (44) connected by a microchannel (42) to an open reservoir (50) formed in a top surface (13) generally parallel to the base (11) of the test array (12). The reservoir (50) has an opening to permit an inoculum-broth liquid solution to flow from the reservoir through the microchannel (51), to a sacrificial evaporation well (46) having an air vent port (48) adapted to control a vacuum filling process, and subsequently to be distributed into each of the plurality of microwells (44).

L'invention concerne un réseau d'essai microbiologique (12) comportant un fond (11) généralement plat présentant une pluralité de micropuits (44) faisant saillie vers le haut, lesquels sont reliés, par un microcanal (42), à un réservoir (50) ouvert formé dans la surface supérieure (13) généralement parallèle au fond (11) du réseau d'essai (12). Le réservoir (50) comporte une ouverture permettant à une solution liquide de bouillon d'inoculum de s'écouler à partir du réservoir, à travers le microcanal (51), jusqu'à un puits d'évaporation (46) sacrificiel présentant un orifice d'évent (48) conçu pour réguler un processus de remplissage sous vide, et, consécutivement, d'être distribuée dans chacun des micropuits (44).
