The present invention relates to a liquid globulin composition for intravenous injection comprising chemically unmodified complete molecule type .gamma. -globulin, having a globulin diner content to the total content of chemically unmodified complete molecule type .gamma.- globulin, of not more than 7 w/w%, even after standing the composition at room temperature for at least 7 months, preferably having a content of low molecular weight globulin contained therein of not more than 1 w/w%, a pH of 5.50.2 or a conductivity of not more than 1 mmho (converted to 8°C), and a process for producing same. The invention also relates to a method for inhibiting increase of globulin dimer in a liquid globulin composition for intravenous injection, comprising standing the composition at 15- 30°C for 1 to 10 days or at 37-56°C for 1-2 hours. 1 8

Une composition liquide de globuline destinée aux injections intraveineuses comprend une .gamma.-globuline à molécule complète chimiquement non modifiée, dont la teneur pondérale en dimère de globuline n'excède pas 7 % par rapport au total de .gamma.-globulines même après l'avoir mise à reposer à température ambiante pendant au moins sept mois. La teneur pondérale de l'oligomère de globuline est de préférence de 1 %, et, ou bien le pH est de 5,5~0,2, ou bien la conductance n'excède pas 1 mmho (à 8 ~C). Le procédé empêchant l'augmentation des dimères de globuline dans cette composition consiste à laisser reposer la composition soit à une température comprise entre 15 et 30 ~C pendant un à dix jours ou à une température comprise entre 37 et 56 ~C pendant une à deux heures.
