-1- Abstract A liquid level sensor, suitable for use as an auxiliary device in an automatic station for preparing immunologic dosages, consists of a U-pipe containing water, one end of said U-pipe being provided with a resistivity sensor, the other end of said U-pipe being connected to the terminal of a liquid dispensing or suction system of the automatic station such that a very small pressure difference within the system results in a water level variation in the branches of the U-pipe and in the relevant activation (or deactivation) of the resistivity sensor.
