La présente invention concerne une matrice liquide à usage médical dans laquelle un médicament peut facilement se solubiliser, se disperser ou rester en suspension. L'invention concerne enfin des préparations liquides orales présentant des propriétés favorables de libération lente, bien qu'étant un liquide.
