ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A plurality of circumferentially spaced teeth are posi- tioned in a predetermined manner on the end of a pattern- forming sleeve for a liquid discharge nozzle. Each of the teeth is provided with a stream-deflecting surface which is disposed to deflect portions of the discharge stream angular- ly into the intercepting relationship with each other to in- crease the liquid particle break-up in the stream and improve the uniformity and homogeneity of the stream pattern.
