It is intended to provide a liquid preparation having an elevated efficacy by ensuring the bioavaliability (BA) of a drug comprising a physiologically active peptide or a physiologically active protein containing ghrelin as the active ingredient; and a method of improving BA in subcutaneously injecting an aqueous solution containing ghrelin and so on dissolved therein. La présente invention a pour objet de proposer une préparation liquide, ayant une efficacité élevée en assurant la biodisponibilité (BA) d'un médicament, comprenant un peptide physiologiquement actif ou une protéine physiologiquement active contenant de la ghréline comme principe actif ; et un procédé d'augmentation de la BA lors d'une injection sous-cutanée d'une solution aqueuse contenant de la ghréline ou une substance similaire dissoute dans celle-ci. Autrement dit, il est proposé un procédé d'augmentation de la BA lors d'une injection sous-cutanée d'une solution aqueuse contenant de la ghréline ou une substance similaire dissoute dans celle-ci ; et une préparation liquide caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un peptide physiologiquement actif ou une protéine physiologiquement active contenant de la ghréline comme principe actif et contenant un liquide acide comprenant un élément ou une association de deux ou plusieurs éléments sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant l'acide acétique, l'acide lactique, l'acide phosphorique, la glycine, l'acide citrique, l'acide chlorhydrique, l'acide propionique, l'acide butyrique, l'acide benzoïque et les sels de ceux-ci et/ou les alcools et/ou un liquide polaire organique comprenant un élément ou une association de deux ou plusieurs éléments sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant la N-méthyl-2-pyrrolidone, la diméthyl formamide, le diméthyl sulfoxyde et le méthyl parabène.
