ABSTRACT The present invention is concerned with liquid solidification accelerators for concrete mixes which are Stable during storage even at higher concentrations than the hitherto known liquid solidification accelerators and which, within the required concentrations, do not yield deposits. The new solidification accelerators are characterised by the content alone of potassium aluminate, potassium carbonate and potassium hydroxide in a defined range. They can be employed in all known hydraulic binder media, shorten the setting time of these binder media and improve the compressive strength of the products produced with these binder media.
