The present invention provides a liquid spray gun with several improved features, including (1) non-cylindrical air passageways on air horns included in an air cap portion of a body assembly that provide improved shape and uniformity for the wide elongate stream of liquid formed by the spray gun; (2) the air cap portion of the body assembly being mounted for manual rotation on a nozzle portion of the body assembly between positions defined by stops and retained at those positions by friction; and (3) the body assembly through which passes liquid sprayed by the spray gun being molded of polymeric material and being manually releasable from a metal platform portion of the spray gun through which air is fed to passageways through the body assembly to spray the liquid.
La présente invention concerne un pistolet pulvérisateur de liquide avec plusieurs caractéristiques améliorées, comprenant (1) des passages d'air non cylindriques sur des tubulures d'air comprises dans une partie capuchon d'air d'un ensemble corps qui présent une forme améliorée et une uniformité d'un grand flux allongé de liquide formé par ce pistolet pulvérisateur, (2) cette partie capuchon d'air d'un ensemble corps étant montée en vue d'une rotation manuelle sur la partie buse de l'ensemble corps entre des positions définies par des butés et retenu à ces positions par frottement et, (3) l'ensemble corps à travers lequel de liquide pulvérisé par le pistolet pulvérisateur passe étant moulé dans un matériau polymère et étant libérable manuellement à partir d'une partie plate-forme métallique du pistolet pulvérisateur à travers laquelle l'air est alimenté dans des passages à travers l'ensemble corps de façon à pulvériser le liquide.
