The concept used in this invention is basically the introduction of Bow- pressure air (5 - 10 pounds psi) into a WEDCO fuel container (low pressure-containing plastic vessel), thereby simultaneously forcing the contained liquid (fuel, water, oil etc.) out through a tube, transferring it to a different container or location. During this operation the WEDCO fuel container lid stopper is temporarily replaced with a manufactured disc (by the inventor) - (see DETAIL FIGURE # 2) through which air is introduced into the WEDCO container and through which the liquid flows out. This device may be used to re-fuel an acreage tractor, transfer liquids from a WEDCO fuel container to other containers or tanks a short distance above, below or beside the WEDCO container. The use of this device eliminates the exercise of lifting a heavy fuel container over a tractor hood to pour fuel into its fuel tank or lifting a fuel container up to a vehicle to pour fuel into it's fuel tank. This device has been used for approximately two years on an acreage property for periodic re-fueling of a tractor fuel tank and other implement tanks.
