A b s t r a c t The invention describes a liquids packaging, comprising a tube (1) formed by a longitudinal sealing seam and with a bottom (3) and cover (4), which consists of thermoplastics synthetic material with no carrier material, is moulded onto the tube (1) and comprises a pourer device (5). The tube consists of coated cardboard. The bottom (3) is tetragonal and is constructed from the folded over tube (1) as a folded over closure. A handle (6) connected to the cover (4) is mounted laterally on the tube (1) and below the cover. To allow the end user ease of handling and so that the package can be space savingly stored and transported, while ensuring that the package can be produced from a flat strip of cardboard, it is according to the invention envisaged that, while forming a quadrilateral outer contour of the package, the outside dimensions (a, a) of the bottom (3) are equal to the tetragonal cross-sectional dimensions of the package from the bottom (3) to the cover (4), the handle (6), together with the cover (4), is injection moulded on within the quadrilateral outer contours of the package.
