ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A holding container for litter and or refuse having a built-in rigid frame that has a longitudinal bar that is joined at each of its end by two short arms running at or about a ninety degree angle to the longitudinal bar, (forming a more familiar "C" like shape whose top and bottom, left and/or right hand corners are square or close to square or more at close to a "C" like shape), causing the short arms to be parallel or about parallel to each other. Built into the other ends of these short arms, are living hinges which then are joined together by a resiliently flexible bar, that is longer than the longitudinal bar, which can flex inwards towards the middle of the longitudinal bar and likewise can flex outwards into a semicircular shape which the container takes.
