LOAD MANAGEMENT APPARATUS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Load management apparatus constituting a direct replacement for a conventional molded case circuit breaker consists of half-inch wide switching and management modules connected in series between an electrical load and its energizing source. The switching module is a conventional circuit breaker and the management module includes an electromagnetic contactor. The latter is operated by an overcenter spring mechanism which in turn is operated by remotely controlled solenoids.
