A device for accurately calculating the load on a vehicle based on the outputs of a plurality of weight sensors arranged at intervals in at least the direction of the vehicle width is provided with a maldistributed load setting means which sets the maldistribution of the load on the vehicle and a load calculating means which calculates the load on the vehicle based on the outputs of the weight sensors and the maldistribution of the load set by means of the maldistributed load setting means. The maldistributed load setting means can be constituted of a device which is provided with, for example, a correcting function holding means which holds the output characteristic correcting function corresponding to the output of each weight sensor to correct the nonlinear characteristics of the sensors to linear characteristics, and an output characteristic correcting means which corrects the output of each weight sensor by using the output characteristic correcting function corresponding to each weight sensor. The maldistributed load setting device calculates the maldistribution of load in the direction of vehicle width.
L'invention porte sur: un dispositif pour calculer avec précision la charge supportée par un véhicule, sur la base des données obtenues par une pluralité de capteurs de poids disposés à certains intervalles au moins dans le sens de la largeur du véhicule; un dispositif de détermination de charge mal répartie, qui détermine la mauvaise répartition de la charge supportée par le véhicule; et un dispositif de calcul de charge qui calcule la charge supportée par le véhicule sur la base des données obtenues par les capteurs de poids et la mauvaise répartition de la charge au moyen du dispositif de détermination de charge mal répartie. Ce dernier peut être constitué d'un mécanisme qui comprend, par exemple: un dispositif de maintien d'une fonction correctrice, qui maintient la fonction de correction caractéristique des données correspondant aux données de chaque capteur de poids, pour transformer les caractéristiques non linéaires des capteurs en caractéristiques linéaires; et un dispositif de correction caractéristique des données, qui corrige les données de chaque capteur de poids au moyen de la fonction de correction caractéristique de données correspondant à chaque capteur de poids. Ce dispositif de détermination de charge mal répartie calcule la mauvaise répartition de la charge dans le sens de la largeur du véhicule.
