A load selector (1), in particular for an exercise machine wherein the load to be used in an exercise is variable and is determined by the value of the sum of a plurality of weight elements (3) which are associated, through related fasteningmeans, to a tugging element (40) comprising a rod (4) kinematically connected to appropriate means able to exert a force by a user (41); the weight elements (3) can be stacked on top of one another and present corresponding holed portions (30) able to define a channel for the rod (4); the rod (4) presents, along its own longitudinal development, i.e. along the direction of development of the aforesaid channel, cross sections of alternatively differentiated value to define thereby a series of notches or tapers (45); the fastening means comprise a plurality of coupling elements (2), positioned in correspondence with each of the weight elements (3), and movable between a first position wherein they do not interact with the rod (4) and a second position wherein they do interact with the rod (4)itself, in correspondence with one of the notches or tapers (45), for the determination of the load.
La présente invention a pour objet un sélecteur de charge (1) pour machine d'exercice permettant de sélectionner des charges variables aux fins d'exercice en déterminant la valeur de la somme d'une pluralité de poids (3) qui sont mis en association, par l'intermédiaire d'éléments d'accouplement, à un mécanisme de traction (40)comportant une tige (4) en accouplement cinématique avec des organes appropriés pour exercer une force par un utilisateur (41) les poids en question (3), qui peuvent être empilés l'un sur l'autre, sont percés de trous (30) dont l'alignement définit un canal permettant le passage de la tige (4); la tige en question (4) comporte, dans le sens de sa longueur, c'est-à-dire le long du canal défini par les trous alignés, des segments coniques présentant des sections transversales de différentes valeurs définissant une série de crans (45); les éléments d'accouplement comportent une pluralité de raccords (2) positionnés en correspondance avec chacun des poids (3), et peuvent être déplacés d'une première position où ils ne sont pas en interaction avec la tige (4) à une deuxième position dans laquelle ils viennent en interaction avec la tige elle-même (4), en correspondance avec un des crans ou un des segments coniques (45), servant à la détermination de la charge.
