An attachment comprised of a holding tank, vacuum system and supporting frame that easily connects via a compatible flange to a skid-steer loader, wheel loader, tractor or other prime mover. The vacuum system pump is driven by a hydraulic motor, which connects to the loaders' auxiliary hydraulics via hoses. The invention can be used to draw liquids, slurries, solids or any combination thereof into the holding tank through a hose by creating negative pressure on the holding tank to offload destination where the contents can be drained. Since the present invention uses only the loaders' hydraulic power and engine horsepower to operate and be moved between locations, it does not require an internal combustion engine, wheels and associated ancillary systems.
