An apparatus (10) for safely delivering a hazardous fluid substance to a receiving structure includes a supply cylinder (12) containing a hazardous fluid substance and having a supply cylinder release port (24); a high pressure containment vessel (20) having a vessel wall (26) and a vessel receiving end, for receiving and safely enclosing the supply cylinder (12); a conduit structure (22) in fluid communication with the supply cylinder (12) and with the receiving structure for delivering the hazardous fluid substance from the supply cylinder (12) in the receiving structure; and a supply cylinder loading structure (60) for loading the supply cylinder (12) into the containment vessel (20), including a containment vessel pivoting assembly (30) having a structure for tilting the containment vessel (20) into a substantially horizontal position and a supply cylinder pivoting assembly (100) having a structure for tilting the supply cylinder (12) into a substantially horizontal position for sliding the supply cylinder (12) into the vessel receiving end.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) permettant de faire passer une substance fluide dangereuse dans une structure réceptrice. Le dispositif comprend un cylindre d'alimentation (12), contenant une substance fluide dangereuse et comportant un orifice distributeur (24); un réservoir de confinement (20) haute pression, comprenant une paroi (26) et une extrémité réceptrice, qui reçoit et contient de manière sûre le cylindre d'alimentation (12); une structure conduit (22), en communication fluidique avec le cylindre d'alimentation (12) et avec la structure réceptrice, de façon à faire passer la substance fluide du cylindre (12) dans la structure réceptrice; et une structure de chargement (60) de cylindre d'alimentation, qui charge le cylindre (12) dans le réservoir de confinement (20).
