The invention relates to a loading and unloading device (1) for receptacles (2), such as containers, silos and other filling spaces, said device being mobile. A container (5) is arranged on an interchangeable platform (3) that can be transported by a lorry. A front side (6) of the container is to be opened and closed and tightly applied to a container (2) into which or out of which bulk material is to be loaded or unloaded. Said container (5) comprises at least one tube (16) that can be telescoped into the receptacle to be loaded or unloaded, an associated drive unit (17), a connection (22) for transporting bulk material into or out of the receptacle (2) to be loaded or unloaded, a suction unit (24) comprising a driving air outlet (26), a motor compressor unit (31) comprising a driving air inlet (32) for feeding compressed air into the receptacle (2) to be loaded or unloaded, a vacuum and filter system (27), and an operating and control unit (25). The loading and unloading device (1) enables the loading and transport to be carried out more efficiently, by eliminating the need for loading and unloading steps and hauling distances.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de chargement et de déchargement (1) destiné à des contenants (2), tels que des conteneurs, des silos et d'autres espaces de remplissage, caractérisé en ce qu'il est mobile. Un conteneur (5) est placé sur une plate-forme interchangeable (3) transportable par camion, une face frontale (6) de ce conteneur (5) devant être ouverte et fermée et pouvant être appliquée de façon hermétique sur un contenant (2) pour matières en vrac à charger ou décharger. Dans le conteneur (5) sont disposés au moins un tube télescopique (16) pouvant s'allonger dans le contenant (2) à charger ou décharger, ce tube étant accompagné d'un mécanisme d'entraînement (17) associé et d'un raccord (22) pour acheminer les matières en vrac dans ou depuis le contenant (2) à charger ou décharger, ainsi qu'une unité d'aspiration (24) pourvue d'une sortie d'air de propulsion (26), un groupe motocompresseur (31) pourvu d'une entrée d'air de propulsion (32) pour l'alimentation en air comprimé dans le contenant (2) à charger ou décharger, une installation d'aspiration et de filtration de poussières (27) et une unité de commande (25). Ce dispositif de chargement et de déchargement (1) permet d'accroître l'efficacité du chargement et du transport étant donné qu'il supprime des étapes de chargement et de transbordement et des distances de transport.
