ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A system and apparatus are disclosed for automatically sequentially loading and unloading railway tank cars from a single station. A novel valve arrangement in combination with a liquid sensor permits tank cars to be loaded or unloaded in sequence with each car after it is filled being isolated from the loading system to provide a straight flow path for the liquid directly from the station to the tank car to be loaded or unloaded.
