This loading bay comprises a compact structure (1) carrying at least one fold-away ramp (2) and a shelter (3) for closing off the space between the shed and the truck box body at the side and at the top during loading or unloading operations. Said compact structure adjoins the wall (P) of the shed on the outside and is set up with the possibility of being removed longitudinally on guide means (4) for positioning the movable assembly in a position opposite any one of the openings (H) providing access to the shed. The loading bay comprises, additionally, motorized actuating means (5), at least one bar of sensors (6) for detecting the position of the truck while said truck is being moved closer into position, a light-signalling device (7) and a light and/or acoustic signal (9) warning of the approach of a truck.

L'invention concerne un quai de chargement comprenant une structure compacte (1) portant, au moins, une rampe rabattable (2) et un abri (3) pour la fermeture latérale et supérieure de l'espace compris entre le hangar et la caisse du camion pendant les opérations de chargement ou de déchargement. Ladite structure compacte est adossée extérieurement à la paroi (P) du hangar et montée avec possibilité de déplacement longitudinal sur des moyens de guidage (4) pour le positionnement de l'ensemble déplaçable dans une position faisant face à n'importe lequel des ouvertures (H) d'accès au hangar. Le quai de chargement comprend en outre des moyens motorisés (5) d'actionnement, au moins une barre de capteurs (6) pour détecter la position du camion au cours des manoeuvres d'approche, un dispositif de signalisation lumineuse (7) et un signal lumineux et/ou acoustique (9) d'avertissement de l'approche d'un camion.
