An apparatus with a housing including side walls (2b-2c) that are perpendicular to the back wall (2a) and have curved openings (2g), and at least one cam-shaped projection (9) located at the rear end of each curved opening. A flexible shaped plate (11) is pivotably mounted opposite each of the walls (2b-2c) and provided with a retractable pin (12) facing the housing wall for engaging, projecting through or disengaging from said curved opening as the plate is bent, and the lower portion of the pin is movably engageable with the projection (9) on the facing wall during the roll loading process. The plate resiliently snaps back at the end of the loading process. The pin (12) has a much smaller diameter than the mandrel. Said loading device may be used on any kind of paper towel dispensing apparatus.
Le carter de l'appareil comprend des parois latérales (2b-2c) perpendiculaires à la paroi arrière (2a) et agencées pour recevoir des lumières curvilignes (2g), et au moins une forme saillante (9) profilée en forme de came située à l'extrémité arrière de chaque lumière curviligne. En regard de chaque paroi (2b-2c), est disposée en articulation une plaquette profilée (11), déformable élastiquement, recevant un doigt escamotable (12) disposé en regard de la paroi du carter pour s'engager, déborder ou s'escamoter de ladite lumière curviligne de réception, en combinaison avec la déformation élastique de la plaquette, dont la partie inférieure est susceptible de coopérer en déplacement avec la saillie (9) formée sur la paroi en regard, selon les phases de chargement de la bobine. La plaquette est rappelée élastiquement en fin d'opération. Le diamètre du doigt (12) est très largement inférieur au diamètre du mandrin. Ce dispositif de chargement est adaptable pour tout type d'appareil distributeur de papier d'essuyage.
