The present invention discloses a locking device for an airhose connection member having a valve opening comprising a housing adapted to slidably receive and releasably retain an airhose connection member therein. The housing includes locking means movable from a locked position where the locking means engages with the valve opening of the airhose, connection member and prevents access thereto and prevents removal of the housing and an unlocked position where the locking means is disengaged from the valve opening whereby the air hose connection member can be withdrawn from the housing. Such a locking device has utility for tractor/trailer combinations.
