A display apparatus for baseball bats includes an elongated body having a stepped top surface and a plurality of bat support notches in the sides of the body. The notches receive baseball bats for storage and display. A U-shaped locking bar is pivotally connected to the sides of the body for rotation around horizontal axes between a raised position allowing access to the baseball bats, and a lower position blocking the notches to prevent access to the bats. A lock prevents raising of the locking bar.
