A lockable cap (1) comprises a single-piece base (10) adapted to close up an aperture, a cover for manoeuvring (20) the base (10) between an open position and a closed position of the cap (1) in the aperture and a latch (24) immovably attached rotation-wise with the cover (20) and adapted to be meshed with restraining means (15) of the base (10) in an unlocked position of said cap (1). It comprises spring means (27) adapted to keep the latch (24) meshed with the holding means (15) of the base (10) in a locked position of the cap (1), the latch (24) being adapted to be disengaged from the holding means (15) by rotation of the cover (20) in an opening direction, against the action exerted by the spring means (27).
