The invention relates to a device for securing the installation of and fixing a heat shield element (4) which can be connected to a rotor unit (1) of an axial rotary flow engine. Said heat shield element can be arranged axially directly next to at least one rotor blade (2, 3), mounted in a row of rotor blades (2', 3'), along a row of heat shields and comprises, facing axially the rotor blade (2), at least two rib-type projections (9, 10). Said projections are spaced apart from each other in the circular circumferential direction (u), project above a lateral wall section (8) facing the rotor blade (2) and delimit an internal space (13) extending in the circular circumferential direction (u) in which space a securing cam (11) provided on the rotor blade (2) can be inserted. The invention also relates to a method for producing the corresponding device. The invention is characterized in that at least one rib- type projection (9, 10), on its end facing away from the internal space (13), provides an extension (15, 16) which extends in the circular circumferential direction (u), is connected to the projection (9, 10) and the lateral wall section (8) and projects above the lateral wall section (8) maximally up to the rib height of the projection (9, 10).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour sécuriser le montage d'un élément de protection thermique (4) et fixer ce dernier, ledit élément pouvant être relié à une unité rotor (1) d'une turbomachine rotative pouvant être traversée axialement par un flux. Cet élément de protection thermique (4) peut être disposé le long d'une rangée de protections thermiques axialement directement à côté d'au moins une aube mobile (2, 3) placée dans une rangée d'aubes mobiles (2', 3') et il présente au moins deux parties saillantes (9, 10) en forme de nervures qui font face axialement à l'aube mobile (2) et qui sont espacées dans le sens périphérique circulaire (u). Ces parties saillantes (9, 10) font saillie par rapport à une section de paroi latérale (8) faisant face à l'aube mobile (2) et délimitent un interstice intérieur (13) qui s'étend dans le sens périphérique circulaire (u) et dans lequel une came de sécurité (11) située sur l'aube mobile (2) peut être insérée. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'un tel dispositif. L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'au moins une partie saillante (9, 10) en forme de nervure est pourvue, sur son côté opposé à l'interstice intérieur (13), d'un prolongement (15, 16) qui s'étend dans le sens périphérique circulaire (u) et qui est relié à ladite partie saillante (9, 10) et à la section de paroi latérale (8), ce prolongement (15, 16) faisant saillie par rapport à ladite section de paroi latérale (8) au maximum jusqu'à la hauteur de nervure de la partie saillante (9, 10).
