A locking arrangement for securing a bearing assembly to a male connection member of an articulated coupling apparatus includes an aperture having an outwardly extending beveled portion formed at each end thereof. A race assembly of the bearing assembly has a beveled portion abuttingly engaging a first beveled portion of the aperture and has an inwardly extending recessed portion and a ledge portion disposed adjacent the second beveled portion. The ledge portion at least partially closes the recessed portion and has an inner surface extending from the recessed portion towards the aperture at a predetermined angle. A locking member is disposed in a groove formed by such second beveled portion, the recessed portion and the inner surface of the ledge portion for securing the race assembly within the aperture in combination with the opposed beveled portion formed in the race assembly.
La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de verrouillage permettant de fixer un montage à roulement à un élément de raccord mâle d~un appareillage d~accouplement articulé qui inclut une ouverture comportant une partie biseautée s~étendant vers l~extérieur formée à chacune de ses extrémités. Un ensemble de chemins de roulement du montage à roulement comporte une partie biseautée s~engageant en butée dans une première partie biseautée de l~ouverture et comporte une partie encastrée s~étendant vers l~intérieur et une partie de rebord installée à côté de la deuxième partie biseautée. La partie de rebord ferme au moins partiellement la partie encastrée et comporte une surface intérieure s~étendant depuis la partie encastrée vers l~ouverture, selon un angle prédéterminé. Un mécanisme de verrouillage est installé dans une rainure formée par ladite deuxième partie biseautée, la partie encastrée et la surface intérieure de la partie de rebord permettant de fixer l~ensemble de chemins de roulement dans l~ouverture de manière combinée à la partie biseautée opposée formée dans l~ensemble de chemins de roulement.
